Federal Bake Shop has been the Ainsworth family's bakery for over 50 years. We started in Chattanooga's Northgate Mall in 1974 and have been in our Hixson home on Northpoint Blvd since 1994, serving the greater Chattanooga area and beyond, one cake at a time.

The Ainsworth family opens Federal Bake Shop in Chattanooga's Northgate Mall, baking from a hand-written recipe box.
Home on Northpoint Blvd
We move to our Hixson location at 1966 Northpoint Blvd, the bakery the greater Chattanooga area still drives to.
